 Beena is a member of The Forum’s management committee. She is based in Gauteng. Beena has a Social Science Degree from University of Kwa-zulu Natal.Beena is the Director of Gauteng Provincial Association for Persons with Disabilities (GPAPD). She has also worked as the Provincial Director of the Gauteng Child Welfare South Africa for four and a half years, and before that she was a Social Work Manager for the Johannesburg Institute of Social Services. Beena also serves on the Johannesburg Liquor Board as a Local Committee Member and as a Board Member of the Network against Child Labour . She is also Chairperson of the Gauteng Accessing Children's Entitlement to Social Security (ACCESS) . Beena has been married to her husband Pops Chiba for 25 years. He is a practicing attorney and together they have three children aged from 13 to 21 years old. Her interests include reading, watching television, going to the movies, visiting game parks and nature reserves, and spending quality time with her family. Bookmark this article:          |
