 Beulah is the chairperson of The Forum’s executive committee. She is based in the Eastern Cape. Beluah obtained a Teacher’s Diploma from the Western Cape College of Education before moving on to study for her Bachelor of Jurisprudence at the Vista University in the Eastern Cape. She also holds a Degree in PD HIV/AIDS Management from Stellenbosch University. Beulah currently works as CEO of the Community Chest at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan Municipality. She also serves as a board member of the Planned Parenthood Association South Africa (PPASA) in Port Elizabeth and Rape Crisis in Uitenhage. Beulah is 43 years old and has been married to her husband for over nine years. Together they have a son who turns six in December 2008.
