The Department of Social Development has made draft regulations in terms of section 306 of the Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No 38 of 2005) and the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development has made draft regulations in terms of sections 75 and 280 of the Children’s Act, 2005 (Act No. 38 of 2005). Interested parties are invited to submit comments on the draft regulations to: Agnes Muller or Alta van der Walt by 8 August 2008.
