Corporate Social Investment Print E-mail

Siyakhula Trust is a non-governmental organisation that assists community leaders, CBOs, NPOs and government officials develop skills so that they can efficiently initiate and manage development and job creation projects to the benefit of the communities they serve.

Siyakhula Trust is conducting a three-day programme on Corporate Social Investment (CSI) from 21–23 October 2008 in Rustenburg.

The purpose of the programme is to provide managers and employees involved in the CSI portfolio/community development support process within corporate departments, government and national agencies to effectively facilitate the development of social responsibility policy. It also aims to identify, implement, monitor and evaluate social responsibility initiatives as well as screen applications for funding and evaluate the progress of the project.

Who should attend 

  • CSI Managers or personnel working in a CSI department
  • Senior officials working in a government departments involved in community upliftment

Dates: 21-23 October 2008

Cost: R5 643 (VAT Inclusive)

Accreditation: This level five programme is accredited by the LGSETA and carries five credits
