Date: 12 September 2008 NB: All organisations, particularly community based organisations interested in participating in this process, are encouraged to contact the organizers. All that you need to do is to provide us with the following information i.e. community name; number of people coming to the event; transport requirements, contact person and cell phone number. Non-profit organizations to participate in the Hearings, via written submissions, display or information stalls on the day of the Hearings.
