This is an exciting opportunity to lead our campaigns and policy team, underpinned by a dynamic and growing social movement. We are seeking someone with a strong track record of developing campaign strategies and tactics, alongside solid advocacy and policy analysis skills in international development, who isn’t afraid to take on tough issues and powerful voices. This post requires an in-depth understanding of the social and economic issues facing developing countries, and with political awareness of both domestic and international policy-making processes. As one of WDM’s key spokespeople, you’ll have knowledge of social movements in the global south and a track record of working with international partners. You’ll be an experienced manager and strong team player who can inspire, motivate and lead a team. Finally, as part of WDM’s senior management team, you’ll also work across the organisation to build and deliver WDM’s overall mission. As WDM is a small organisation, we’re light on our feet.
