Shout-it-now is a NPO doing HIV/AIDS education, prevention & testing in youth. We are a young, dynamic org. with our HO in CT. We are operating in CT & will be expanding to Gauteng shortly. We have the following positions available in Gauteng. For more info see our web site www.shout-it-now.org Provincial Manager: Oversee mgt of teams & ops in Gauteng. Must have 5-10 yrs exp in operations mgt, logistics, supply chain or similar. Min. 5 years exp in managing a team of 15+ people. Inventory control exp. Own transport. 1 year contract. Senior Counsellor/ social worker: For referral & follow up of HIV+ & psycho-social cases. Must have +/- 3 years counselling exp, enjoy working with youth, be a good relationship builder, own vehicle. 1 year contract. Team Leaders: Lead the teams of counsellors at schools & liaise with mgt & schools. Min.2- 3 years working exp, esp. in a team & have some supervisory or leadership exp. 6 month contract. Counsellors/ Programme Assistants: Counsel youth at schools. Min. Matric & 3 years exp. Working in a people focussed position. Shortlisted candidates will undergo a week’s training. Thereafter a final selection will be made. 6 month contract. Drivers: Code 10 & PrDP licenced drivers req. With min. 1-2 years exp driving a large vehicle. 6 month contract.
