Public Hearing on the Prevention of and Treatmment of Substance for Substance Bill B-12 2008

Dear Colleagues,

Please see below an invitation from the Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Social Development to a public hearing on the Prevention and Treatment of Substance Abuse Bill, to be held on Monday 11 August from 9h00 to 14h00 at the Turffontein Race Course. This legislation is important to all fields of service within our sector, given the massive impact of substance abuse on our society. Anyone who can attend is encouraged to do so. If you would like to make an oral submission, please contact Philile Sigubudu at the Legislature (details in attachment).
