A children's home in Masiphumelele, HOKISA (www.hokisa.co.za) desperately needs a social worker, part time. This need has become urgent now, as the DoSD insists that every children's home should have a fully qualified social worker. They don't accept auxiliary social workers. Do you by any chance have a person on your books who could be employed by us for one day a week - perhaps you know of someone who does not want to work fulltime, or who has retired but still wants to be active in the field to some extent? HOKISA is a wonderful place to work, the kids are lovely and the working conditions are good in a friendly environment. Please let me know if you can think of anyone.
